The wine called « Chasselas » is a white wine and represents 58% of our production, the red wines «Gamay» and «Pinot» 34%. The specialities «Gamaret», «Garanoir» and «Pinot Gris» comprise the remaining 8%.

Quality wines with the VINATURA® label represent a production according to the highest wine-industry standards in order to maintain and respect the present eco-system.

All our wines are produced and bottled on our own premises. We offer 70 cl and 35 cl. bottles, as well as 50 cl bottles which are called «Chopines».

Screw-capsules are now mostly used for our white wines, where-as for the red wine and other qualities we only use the best quality corks available.

We use the latest nature-friendly technical methods in order to avoid erosion and maintain a high portion of organic matter in our soils, so that we can produce a wine of superior quality.

The VINATURA® label belongs to VITISWISS, the organisation of the Swiss Wine Growers who stand for wines made according to environmentally sustainable production methods
